The Vampire Xander lives in the same alternate reality as Willow, where The Master rules. He was killed when The Slayer raided The Master's factory.
Comments:
The only thing I can say here that wasn't said in Willow's page, was that Xander was stabbed in the right shoulder, and it didn't dust him. That doesn't surprise me, as that is pretty far away from the heart.
